*Yve's anti-inflammatory juice RECIPE*
Why all the hype about green juice? These "green people" must be on to something-right. Most of my clients and green team members that I see are suffering from inflammation even if they are at their ideal weight or overweight.
As I see it, we in the western part of our world have to be taught how to look for the symptoms of inflammation because we usually are unaware we even have it. Doing a cleanse like The 40 Day Green Cleanse will bring to you the necessary insight on how much your body may be holding on to inflammation and what ailments it brings along with it.
You will be surprised at how good you will feel in just 10 days of reducing inflammation!
When our bodies are overburdened with toxins or foods that are difficult to process, it increases inflammation for protection. Most disease is caused by inflammation in the body. Inflammation damages your cells and arterial walls and can cause high blood pressure, arthritis, high cholesterol, weight gain, fatigue, digestive disorders, depression, and MORE~By reducing inflammation, your body is better able to heal from any disease.
I suggest eating and drinking anti-inflammatory foods as much as possible- like GREEEEEENS, which are a natural cleansing and anti-inflammatory food created for you by Mother Nature. My anti-inflammatory juice is the perfect recipe to support the body's immune system and it helps radically reduce inflammation as a daily maintenance or as part of your cleanse.
So be cool- drink this after a heavy meal or a crazy night out :) or go really green and drink it daily!
