A common question I get asked by people that are on a health kick or The 40 Day Green Cleanse program is, "Yve, what foods do we eat around the holidays that are healthy and delicious?"My response is listen to your Inner-G(guidance). As always, the first priority should be to focus on what you need and want. The second is the heart connection between loved ones." The energy of love fills our heart with warmth and reduces stress levels. We tend to eat heavier foods when we're under stress- relax, now we have another reason to be in LOVE!If you are doing a program like ours, and are doing a level 1-3 then, of course- please choose from our vast amount of delicious foods on our secret page. This recipe is a Green Team Fave and I love it because they are small little bites that fit in your mouth quite easily.Matcha is high in anti-oxidants and boosts energy- and the spirulina makes this dessert a super-food dessert. WOW. Super healthy and delicious. I feel great about giving this to children. I also love the fact that these balls are low glycemic so my diabetic mother and uncle can enjoy desserts too.
Other foods
As far as other food goes, choose the foods that are organic, delicious, whole foods that are abundant in healthy energy and that keeps your body feeling alive and balanced.Oh yeah~ and it has to be tasty too!But, finally....if you feel like you are missing out on something you really love- do not deprive yourself. Powerfully choose what you will allow yourself to have at the meal or celebration. Give attention to what is nourishing with the food you are eating and then tell your body to digest each piece of food with ease and grace. Punishment helps no one and loving yourself while you choose and eat these foods will do you more GOOD than harm. Eat slow, and chew well.THINK about what you are eating. With focused attention and intention your body will find a way to receive the best and highest vibes from any food you eat.
