Strawberry Dream Shake

This drink right here is one of my favorites for the Spring or Summer time.  It’s also one of the drinks that you can make for yourself on level 4 of our program.  Level 4 is the maintenance/lifestyle level or for those who want to take it easy on our program.  

The drink is perfect if you enjoy fresh, creamy, light, and yet still feel like it’s filling.    

One of the great benefits of this cleanse is what happens after.  Participants usually begin to broaden their knowledge of foods that were not even a thought in the past. 

This experimentation with foods is such a powerful component because it heps with maintaining your true shape and promotes long-term benefits in sustaining health.  And this also expands to the point where it even reaches the mouths of family members and they become curious to make change in their life.

Drinking this favorite of mine for lunch leaves me feeling satisfied.  The combination of strawberries and cashews is so nourishing. 

And cashews are such powerful little nuts.  They literally brought my husband back to life during a juice cleanse he was on last Summer.  Cashews raise serotonin levels and they act as a mood enhancer just like that! 

They brought my Armando back!  Ever since then, he loves cashews on everything. The cashews together with the Raw Power and chia seeds are perfect for energy during the cleanse and a great source of protein.  

 

 

Now we can’t forget about the goods that are carried by the strawberry!  Strawberries are amazing litte fruit.   They are great for fat loss because they can effectively help control calorie intake while providing essential vitamins and minerals. A cup of strawberries has only 50 calories and 7 grams of sugar, yet provides 3 grams of fiber.  They are also high in anti-oxidants, high sources of vitamin c, and they reduce rheumatoid arthritis, and are a great source of fiber.

  • 2 cups homemade Cashew Milk    
  • 4 organic strawberries
  • 2 dates*
  • 2 Tablespoons Chia Gel 
  • 2 scoops of Raw Power Protein*
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • And voila!
