Turkey Avocado Nori Roll

Level 3 for the non-vegans

Make it a level 2 and replace turkey for tofu or baked asparagus!

This roll is easy to make and you can honestly make anything with a Nori wrap!

I wanted to add turkey this time and make it a level 3, but you can omit it completely to make a level 2 which is a more cleansing level.

Ingredients:

Nori Seaweed Wrap

Turkey

Edamame Hummus (or any hummus)

Cilantro

Cucumber sliced thin

Avocado cubed

Spinach leaves

Sprouts (optional)


Notice I am not using rice, but instead have used my very yummy Edamame Hummus recipe to make everything ’stick’ in place. You will have access to the 'Edamame Hummus' recipe once you join us. For now, use any hummus of choice!


Layout your Nori wrap and spread the hummus over it in a thin layer over all parts except the outer edges. Now, layer the ingredients over half of the nori sheet starting with the turkey and then avocado. Finish adding green ingredients and spread over the whole Nori roll.

Start wrapping it up at the thickest side.

Roll firmly making sure all ingredients stay inside! You can substitute the turkey for tofu or more avocado and veggies of your choice!

I love adding sprouts to this roll for the extra crunch!
